Police are asking for the public to help locate Robert Hines, a 14-year-old boy who was last seen around 6:10 AM on Wednesday, September 30 on a bus headed to Harrowgate. Hines lives on the 1900 block of North Etting Street but attends school at Mastbaum High School at 3116 Frankford Avenue.

Hines is 5 feet tall and about 100 pounds. He has brown eyes and short, cropped black hair. Hines was wearing a burgundy hoodie, dark blue polo shirt, tan pants and burgundy Nike sneakers the last time he was seen.

Anyone with information about Hines’ whereabouts should call the Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093 or simply call 911.
