Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a suspect who burglarized an unlocked home on the 2900 block of North 3rd Street in Kensington.

The incident occurred around 2:20 PM on September 30 when the suspect entered the house through an unlocked door. Once inside the residence, the suspect stole a small pink purse containing various identity cards, including the complainant’s Social Security card. The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction, possibly riding in a green minivan.
