Boston Court to Be the Newest Addition to East Kensington

East Kensington is starting to see some more development projects above Emerald Street. Currently, there are two lots with plans for development next to each other stretching from York and Hagert Streets along Emerald Street. The first project began over the summer with construction starting on a senior housing project in the lot on the corner of Hagert Street and Emerald Street. Now, the adjacent block will be the site for eight new homes. According to OCF Realty, there is a perimeter fence around the lot and a sign advertising Boston Court, a new project from the folks at BMK Homes. Boston Court will be eight new homes with prices starting below $350k.
