Police have identified and arrested a 51-year-old man in connection with a string of burglaries that have happened in Port Richmond, Kensington, and North Philly. The PPD was to match tattoos and other features visible on surveillance to Leslie Ayala, who is described as being homeless.
Police have charged the man with burglaries at the following addresses:
3102 G St, China House restaurant
1900 block Cumberland St, residence
2403 E. Somerset St, Xin Ying restaurant
2570 Emerald St, La Fuerza Grocery
3804 Frankford Ave, China Star restaurant.
