A man was shot in the back around 8:30 PM on the 1900 block of East Monmouth Street in Kensington . The man was found shot in the back and rushed to the hospital for care. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a blue t-shirt and camouflage shorts. As of the time of this posting there is no information towards a possible motive. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
