Wahlburgers Food Truck Now Offers Delivery, No Word on Whether It’s Actually a Transformer

According to a post on Philly Grub, January 21 marked the first day that Wahlburgers Food Truck, a.k.a WahlWheels, offered delivery service through grubHub.

Delivery will be available during the food truck’s regular hours of operation, which change weekly. You can visit the Wahlburgers Philly website, Facebook page or Twitter for updates on hours.

The truck temporarily parks at the Piazza (1001 North 2nd Street) on the weekends and offers a limited menu with items subject to change. No word on whether the food truck is one of Mark Whalberg’s Transformers. (We really hope so, though)

The delivery option precedes the opening of the Wahlburgers’ first location in Philadelphia. It will be located on the ground level of Rialto at the Piazza (1033 North 2nd Street) and is predicted to open this winter.

The WahlWheels’ hours on Saturday, January 23 remain unchanged despite the storm. The truck will be running business as normal, delivery included, from 12-6 PM.

The first Michael Bay Transformers movie was shot in Philadelphia, so here’s to hoping we see some actual Autobots “rolling out” in Northern Liberties in the near future!

Editor’s note: We are 99.999 percent sure that WahlWheels isn’t a giant, space alien robot, but you never know!
