On Thursday, October 1 there will be an open house at the new Awesometown housing development located at 437 Moyer Street. The development is a unique collaboration between the New Kensington Community Development Corporation and Postgreen Homes.

The homes are designed with sustainability in mind, having things like improved insulation that will reduce energy costs. They are also located near a plethora of local businesses, bars and restaurants.

The open house will take place between 4 and 7 PM.
