According to an article posted by Philadelphia Magazine, MCG Real Estate Group will be hosting an open house at Trenton Stables (2331 Trenton Avenue) doubling as a beer-tasting event on Sunday, January 24 from 12:30-1:30 PM.

The beer will be supplied by Kensington-based Saint Benjamin Brewing Company (1710 N 5th Street), a brewery that, according to its website, “interprets classic styles and designs new creations.”

The unit being showcased is the last one available and largest. It comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, a roof deck, a garage and 2 ½ baths at a price of $519,000.

The 6-home Trenton Stables was built by AGA Developers who will be present at the event to field any questions from potential buyers. AGA Developers also built Frankford Square, another Fishtown-based project.

On its website, AGA Developers describes the Trenton Stables project as “a boutique townhome development… [that] brings luxurious, contemporary townhomes to historic Fishtown.”
