Last week, Spirit News had the opportunity to view the interior of the historic Divine Lorraine in its current state of renovations. Draped in scaffolding, the 10-story former hotel is set to open at the end of the year. The $44 million dollar renovation project will result in 121 livable apartments that are currently available to lease through EB Realty Management.
