Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who stole from a car while it was parked inside a garage in Northern Liberties.

On September 4 around 5 PM the owner of the car parked it inside her garage on the 300 block of St. John Neumann Way. When she returned to her vehicle she found that her purse containing her iPhone 6, various identification cards and credit cards had been taken from her vehicle.

The complainant later learned that her credit cards had been used at a number of retail stores in Philadelphia. Surveillance video shows the suspects inside the CVS Pharmacy at 1046 Market St.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build wearing  a red sweatshirt, white scarf covering his head, jeans and sneakers.
