Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s health in locating Endangered Missing Person Felipe Garcia-Rodriguez. Garcia-Rodriguez suffers from schizophrenia.

He was last seen at his residence on the 2300 block of North 4th Street in Kensington on Monday, September 7. Garcia-Rodriguez is 36 years old, around 5’8” tall, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and red shorts with white stripes.
