ABC Action News reported that on Tuesday, January 19, two masked men robbed a Metro PCS in Kensington shortly after the cellphone shop opened for the day.

Surveillance camera footage of the incident shows the robbers reaching 3132 Kensington Avenue at 9:18 AM. According to the PhillyPolice Blog, the masked man told a female Metro PCS employee “keep quiet, keep quiet,” before pushing her against the wall and beginning to take various items and money from the cash register.

The man is described as about 5’10 with a thin build. Another man that emerged from the same car stood at the front of the store as a look out. He is said to be around 5’7 with a thin build as well. Both were wearing all black clothing and had masks over their faces.

The video also shows a suspicious car parked near the escape car that drives off once the masked men leave the store.
