Collin Shapiro and Jonathon Zilber, the masterminds behind what are arguably the best bagels in Philly, are seeking crowd funding for a new store they want to open in the area called Philly Style Bagels. They have days eight days to go and need around $9k to reach their $20k goal.

They also created this handy little guide to bagels.

For the past year they have been operating out of Pizzeria Beddia (that place just named the best pizza in the United Stages of America, take that Vatican) on Sunday mornings at 9AM. They sell out super fast so only truly early birds get the worms.
