According to an NBC10, a woman attempted to disrobe on an I-95 ramp from Aramingo Avenue on Thursday morning.

Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) received a call regarding a woman taking off her clothes at about 11:40AM. When they arrived to the scene, PSP discovered an abandoned car and the woman.

Using a tarp, the police shielded the woman from the public as they escorted her into a police car. The woman is reportedly undergoing evaluation.

According to NBC10’s report, PSP explained this was the second incident of a woman disrobing in the same area but details of the first incident are currently unknown.
