SEER Interactive Expanding Upward in Northern Liberties

Up, up and away.

Over the past six months, SEER Interactive, a digital marketing agency that operates out of both Philadelphia and San Diego, has purchased all but one floor of the six-story office building known as the Rialto at the intersection of 2nd Street and Germantown Avenue at the forefront of Northern Liberties.

Wil Reynolds, CEO and founder of SEER Interactive, has acquired a ten-year lease on the building and anticipates buying up the final floor at some point in time within the foreseeable future. The renovations cost approximately $1.2 million.

Reynolds has expressed the prudence of the agency’s expansion, declaring that it will help to establish a firmer foundation upon which the company may operate. SEER had, according to the CEO, not previously been able to undertake any negotiations with regard to the physical development of the organization because of its rapidly growing popularity.

The new office has been refurbished by Shophouse Design and will now be able to accommodate more than twice the number of SEER’s Philadelphia employees. (There are approximately 80 staff members on the east coast and 20 on the west.) It features chandeliers, hidden passageways, pub tables and a room for breastfeeding mothers.

Reynolds hopes to foster an environment in which people are able to think critically and creatively, an environment that engenders within SEER’s employees a great sense of camaraderie and pride.
